Safety Playbook

Free

Build a check-in plan, keep boundary scripts ready, and decide your next move before venue pressure or payment pressure escalates.

Set a check-in

Share the venue, time, and check-in deadline with one trusted person.

Keep scripts ready

Switch venues, refuse prepay, or exit politely without improvising under pressure.

Escalate early

If the situation becomes threatening, move to safety, document, and use 1930 or 112.

Quick scripts for common pressure

Copy these before you need them. Calm language is easier to use when it is ready.

Switch venue

I would rather meet at a public cafe I know for a first meeting. Let's do [your venue] instead.

Refuse prepay

I do not prepay for first meetings. Happy to pay when I arrive or pick a venue that does not need booking.

Exit politely

I am going to step back from this plan. Take care, and I will not be rescheduling.

Escalate fast

If money or threats are involved, stop negotiating, preserve evidence, call 1930, and move to a safe public place.

Stay private

The plan is generated client-side and shared by you.

Use a fallback venue

Keep one public venue in reserve before the conversation turns.

Escalate early

If you feel trapped or threatened, move to safety before you explain.

If the plan starts going wrong

  • Use your own transport and share the route with a trusted contact.
  • If the venue changes last-minute, pause and reassess before you move.
  • Do not send money before the meeting, even if the amount looks small.
  • If the vibe turns coercive, leave first and explain later.
